Poor service
I was at Game Heidelberg Mall on 6/10/18 bought a mirror R399 during my lunch time,when I check it was damage I returned it,given the other one which was loose from the frame it got damaged also,they refused to change it.saying that I have broke it,while there's lot more broken mirrors on the shelf,that shows that its a poor quality issues,why would I buy and break it? Portia Malindi gave me attitude and told me she won't change the mirror,so what must I do with this broken mirror.
