I bought a Laptop on the 04 Feb 2018 and it started giving me problems of switching of whether plugged on a charger or not. Today the 14th of March I brought it back to Game store at Chris Hank Crossing where the whole store manager gave me a bull **** service I don't know how he got the position of being a store manager.
The laptop is less than 3 months old and am being told that I have to leave it for repairs which I don't understand why cause clearly the fault is with the laptop.
I also spoke to the rude regional manager's PA who also confirms things that she doesn't know cause I asked her what's the guaranty for the Asus laptop she doesn't know but she can tell me of the warranty.
How is it possible that all electronics at Game store have the same warranty and guaranty.
Like I indicated I don't want a fixed Laptop, if it needs to be fixed I want to see the guaranty leaflet from Asus.
Lastly I have assignments that I need to do waiting for 21 days is not an option for me cause it's gonna lead me to submitting my assignment late (failling )
