Poor service

I bought washing machine hisense 14 kg and microwave defy 20 litre on Saturday (28/06/2025) but I haven't received my items yet, I went to the store today (05/07/2025) they said the items have been out on delivery since Thursday. I mean what kind of service is this? they promised to deliver within 2 days but it's a week now.
