Poor Service

On the 11th of June 2022 , I bought a washing machine at Game, Middelburg Mall, paid cash. They since said it will be delivered on the 16th of June, I'm still waiting. I have never received any feedback and that is pathetic. Must Jesus Chris come down on Earth before they give me a feedback?
