POOR SERVICE

still waiting for my washing machine to be fix by game store (VOSLOORUS). In august went to the shop to log a call for my machine, the gentleman explained to me it will take 2 week, after week the was a lady keep on call to confirm if I did log a call and if the machine is still broken and said someone will come. it been a month no one has come. the worst part is the insurance for the machine is expiring this November. WHY ARE YOU SELLING THE INSURANCE AND NOT COMING TO FIX THING WHEN ARE BROKEN?
