Poor security in game store

I was ****** inside Game N1 city. R3000 taken out of my pocket. When reporting it to the staff I was taken to a room to look at footage and after identifying that it happened at the till nothing was done and I had to walk through the store trying to find the people. When external security came they were not even shown the footage and the one security said that he stopped a suspicious guy outside and from his description it was the same person that I could see on the camera footage. The security had to let the guy go as they were not sure as they did not see the footage and could not confirm. In this time 5 other people came and reported items been pickpocket from them.
