Poor salesman attitude and knowledge

<p><strong> I visited the centurion game store at about 4.55 pm, the store was about to closed but wasn't closed yet. I went to the right aisle to look for a clock radio, a salesman was almost about to leave the area, i just asked him one question that does the clock radio work with batteries, he answered yes for all the models and then went away. After i bought the radio, came home and tested, that i realised that the battery is only for the clock reset backup. I had to go again to return and get a refund which could have been avoided, had he told me the right answer.</strong></p>
