Poor Russel Hobbs Kettle and after sale Service

<p>Bought a Russel Hobbs Kettle at Game stores and was told should it give problems within 6 Months of purchase it will be replaced but after 6 months to a year the warranty will be to repair it. Alas! 4 months into it, Kettle no longer switching on. Took it back to Game Kollonade and was told it needs to be booked in. I found it to be ********* practice and being duped, would have went for other reputable cheaper brands with transparent n beta afta sales warranty. Russel hobbs bad experience. Now I am without a kettle in winter.</p>
