Poor Quality Tissolli Pots purchased

We purchased Tissolli Pots from your game store in Pavillion, we trusted the brand as it ensured us a quality product to prepare meals, therefore settled for the premium price . Upon using the product we has realised that the product is off poor quality and burns food when used, this does not meet our expectations and we are completely dissatisfied with this product, we have tried reaching out to the store with no joy, we would like a full refund or credit as we would not like this product, we are within our time as per CPA to claim for poor quality goods. Please get this matter sorted asap.
