Poor quality products and service

Good day

Please be advised that I bought a sunbeam toaster SSPG-400 and grill in June 2020, and as of 14th of January the toasted stopped working, it switches on but no heat. I took it to game janulani mall with reciet and packaging in hand and was told I cannot be helped and I need to speak to an agent, I don't know who that is and for the last 3 days I've been trying to get help.

Please advise if your products are specifically designed to work for 18 months (6 months after Warranty) lapses? And that's it? Cause if so it was the last time I buy anything from you guys.
