Poor quality product

I purchased a combo Airbed after black Friday in 2020 which was a single and double. I used double size for the 1st time on the 1st May 2021 and I noticed that it had an invisible hole since the air was coming out while I was pumping. I went to Game Store at Zevenwagt Mall on the 08th May 2021 where I purchased it and Ismail informed me that I must buy a patch at Crazy Store since there is no evidence that I used the item once. Even so, I mean the product has 2 year guarantee and I have kept the box for such which means nothing if the store cannot take responsibility for their poor quality products.
