Poor quality product

<p>On 5 January 2016 i bought a Salton Mini kitchen stove from Game Witbank Highveld Mall. 6 months later when i grill the wors the glass oven door shuttered and glasses were all over and inside the grilling pan. i took it back to Game because it was still under guarantee and the manager by the name of George Nqandolo was so rude to me and told me that something like that will never happen and he also said i am there to take chances. he didnt want to help me and said there is absolutely nothinh he can do about the oven door because the gurantee is only on electrical cords not oven door. This manager does not know how to deal with customers and he sent me back. i need to know what must be done in cases like this, i need the door fixed.....</p>
