Poor quality on electronics
I must say I am very disturbed by the service I am receiving In fact I was disappointed by the quality of your electronic equipment. I bought a big defy microwave online on Feb 2023 and it broke in Dec last year but that was still okay. Problem started when I returned the microwave because it was still under warranty I have been pushed from pillar to post up until now the microwave still has not been fixed. I mean that's pathetic for such a reputable store like game .

Kindly note that a repair takes 21 working days, however, you can provide us with your repair reference number and which store you took the microwave to as we can follow up on this matter.

17 Mar 2025, 06:35Microwave was returned on the 19 Dec. 2024 this is way past the 21 days what makes things worse is the fact that I had to make several calls to do follow and eventually was told to collect only to discover that it's still not working as we speak I'm still waiting. The store I used was your Prominade branch in Mitchell's plain cape town.
