poor quality of i life tablets sold by Game stores

I bought two i life tablet from game in springs mall in December 2019. the tablets were on sale. the first tablet cracked without cause, it didn't fall and it had a screen protector and cover on. i took it back to game in springs on the 4th January 2020and they booked it for repairs which i was quoted close to R700 and i bought the tablet for R1000. i was about to pay for repairs when the second tablet's screen became dark and blank, still with no cause. i took it in to springs again on the 20th January 2020 and i asked them to investigate why the screens of these tablets are getting damaged with no cause. the customer service lady promised to phone the technicians and to update me. om Friday the 24th i went to the shop to enquire as the customer service person didn't phone with an update. it seems to me as a customer game sold those tablets cheap because they knew they were of poor quality
