Poor quality goods

Bought the ucan Wadrobe and when the fitter can to install them for me , he found that the package is short of 6 wall brackets which makes it impossible for him to fit the wardrobe. I call the store to find out how such a mistake happens and Alfred from GAME at the greenstone mall says to me that game does not do quality check and control on goods they sell to us the public , they just get from supplier and give to us consumers, I guess we buy at our own risk .
