Poor quality freezer stopped functioning

I bought a fridge from game this year April 2025 at Game store in Giyani Masingita mall ,now it has stopped working,and it seems like they cannot assist me since I lost the slip , I am so disappointed with the service I am always getting from game stores ,first it was a washing machine that stopped working in less than a week ,now it's a fridge ,when I call the store I'm being told I won't get any assistance since I don't have a slip ,I used my bank card to swipe the fridge and that is enough proof that I got the fridge from them ,I am not happy as a customer ,as we trust the store to give us quality appliances ,my contact number is *** ,I want my money .
