POOR QUALITY for EXPENSIVE products

2 products to complain about. <br> <br> PRODUCT 1 - Gazebo - R2999<br> <br> I've had the product for about a year and the fabric has ripped to pieces almost everywhere. The instructions say remove covers in bad weather, but in the Western Cape that constitutes for 75% of the year. Also removing the covers causes even more damage to it trying to unhook on the corners. <br> <br> PRODUCT 2 - INTEX Swimming Pool - R1999<br> <br> Had it since last year. No problem with the pool, but the pump stopped working. I opened it up and the spindle inside wore down to almost nothing. <br> <br> MY QUESTION<br> <br> How can items as expensive as be of such poor quality?
