Poor quality @ extremely high prices and pain

I had purchased 3 items from Game Stores in October 2016 with extended warranty. The stove packed up after nearly 3 months. It rusted as well. I tired calling to no avail. I took it in and got it exchanged. This one rusted but at least lasted a year and packed up.

The washing machine, packed up after 5 months. The same story, tried calling for almost 2 weeks before getting through to someone. They sent somebody out to repair. Looks like after the first repair was done it just got worse. Called in again using the repair guys number. They sorted the problem BUT something else goes wrong again and it works when it "feels" like it.

These items cost me an arm and 3 legs. If I need assistance for broken appliances, it's very hard to get and I must just smile and let it go BUT if I pay R5 short on the installment, I am harassed daily and will get listed as a bad payer. WHAT DO WE AS CONSUMERS DO WITH THESE POOR QUALITY ITEMS THAT DO NIT EVEN OUTLAST THEIR WARRANTY??? PLEASE HELP !
