Poor quality

To whom it may concern.

I purchased a bfit watch at Game stores Galleria mall Amanzimtoti for R799 for my son for Christmas. It only worked for 2 days and the the watch did not come on again. I returned it to Games Watercest yesterday the 2nd when I returned from my holiday destination however could not find a replacement. I called all Game stores in Durban but was unable to find one. I decided to upgrade and found a BFIT GPS Power Sport Watch at Game stores CBD PMB. I went to PMB today purchased the BFIT GPS Power Sport Watch RSP 1299 and when returned home 45min drive, the BFIT GPS Power Sport Watch does not charge. I am very disappointed with this product and the quality thereof. I have to drive again to PMB tomorrow to get this problem solved. In total between Christmas, today and tomorrow I would have driven 310km. It is unacceptable that you sell electronics that does not meet the basic standards. Your faulty products comes at the expense of the consumers. I will lodge a complaint to ICASA and Brands South Africa
