Poor Product offer

I bought a Defy 30L microwave on the 2nd of November 2022 , This month on the 17th it stopped working and I took it back to the shop for repairs . Few days later I got a call to come collect as they have fixed it , I was excited 😊 I went to the shop took my microwave and I couldn’t wait to get home and warm my food . All that excitement was for nothing as I got home warmed food , before the count could finish I heard a loud sound of something bursting 🥹🥹😭it was the microwave and it stopped working again . I took it back and told them I want my refund however i was told about a process that doesn’t allow refund until 3 attempts of fixing the damaged product has been reached . I’m very disappointed ☹️ and angry 😡 I don’t trust game anymore and I don’t want the appliance I want my money back please 🙏.
