Poor poor service ever

Game Wonderpark, bought a Canon printer which was faulty because immediately after assembling it, gave me an error and I returned it to the store and they booked it for repair with the supplier on the 9th, was tolt that in 21 days it will be fixed, I went to the store on the 30th and was told it was only booked on the 16 March, and I asked for the store manager because I wanted a refund or exchange and was told he/she is not available and the Lady told me they will contact me on the 31st March but she never did, the worst part is that on the repair slip they wrote the printer was in used condition and have scratches which is a lie I never used it, I paid for Canon printer and it never functioned because immediately when I switch it on it gave an error 6900 and while I was on the queue returning it to them there was also 2 customers returning the same model of the printer to show that it was just faulty, I'm disappointed at their service
