poor poor service

I cannot express the level of poor service I have been receiving from Game Mthatha, I purchased a Gazebo special for R1199 which comes with a Camp chair and Cooler Box, I received the Gazebo and the camp chair but I was told to come and collect the cooler box at a later stage ,that was Thursday the 22 of November 2018 and I returned today still I haven’t receive it,

I was told to come back again which I refuse and I was told to either get a refund and buy another Gazebo to the same store, what difference does that make, because it seems as if I am the one to be blamed for your lack of service , how come you sell something you don’t have stock of ,

I need the cooler box, I am not going to buy another one at a different price, I want the one I purchase.

If I am not getting any joy on this I am willing to take it further, as there is no one to take accountability at all in your store.

I have emailed Game with the slip attached but i haven't even got the response nor phone call that was Tuesday the 27th
