Poor poor poor service

Game store really knows how to **** someone off.i had a store card that I closed after there was ***** on it.recently I requested my rcs loan banking details to be changed but to my surprise they changed the banking details for the store acc which in my knowledge it was closed in 2017.i want to know why that store account is still open because I settled it and I even got a settle letter confirming that the acc is settled and closed.i want to know who reopened that account and who gave consent for that account to be reopened.

Further more I want someone to call me back in regards to changing my rcs loan debit order details.
