**** poor pooor service
How can i buy an appliance from your store and it just switches off after you direct me to sales consultant of the supplier Bennett read. I believe you are aware that this appliances are not good but u continue to sell them to us and instead of your intervention you send us to a 3rd party how is that possible???how does an appliance stop working after 2 months and u tell u me only after the 3 rd time will it be replaced??why give it so much time when u know this products are not good???Game u are a disappointment

We understand your frustration; however, this is in line with our terms and conditions for purchasing electrical products. As we're selling a product manufactured by another company, the manufacturer needs to be involved in this process. If the manufacturer deems the product irreparable, they are liable to replace it.
