Poor planning
Why would Game bait customers to come and grab sales etc. but when u get there theres not even 1 single basket or trolley available. Now u look like a fool asking around with your family of 4 for a basket or trolley. Whilst a lot of the staff unpacking stock have trolleys and they occupying the baskets and trolleys and no Leader in that store seems to care. Thanks to the one front staff lady who ran after my wife after complaining and handed us a big trolley. Thanks a lot. Zevenwaght Game
