Poor Pathetic service and delivery
Game online has the worst customer service and delivery. I placed my order 9 December 2018 for xmas gifts today is the 20th and i still have not received my order. I phone every day and no one can give me straight answers. If i cancel this order i have to wait 14 days to get my money back so im *****ed out of my mums christmas gifts. Worst online experience ever. DO NOT waste your time. Rather go to takealot. Pathetic service from game online

21 Dec 2018, 13:10Today once again game deliver 2 items. What kind of service is that? My total items on my order was 6. 2 delivered 12-12-2018 another 2 delivered 21-12-2018. Where is the other 2 items? Am i going to wait another 10-12 days for that. This is honestly the most pathetic service i have ever experienced!!!!!

Can you please cancel it immediately and refund me. Also advise why my return has still not been collected? I logged that return 12-12-2018! Game online is truly the most revolting online experience
