Poor online stock take and refunding

I ordered a 29 inch Raleigh bicycle on Sunday via game online. The system showed there is currently 2 in stock at that moment. Paid and everything. Today I checked online when I will receive my bicycle..... Guess what.... Order has been canceled without my knowledge. They did not even let me know it has been canceled. Still did not refund me. Why if there is stock, would they not sent me one???? And if there was no stock left, why would they say there is stock and even take my money. I am so disgusted right now. Will never purchase there again.
