Poor Online Shop Service

Game online shopping is the worse, they don't deliver and if you try to follow up on order they just refer you to a 3rd party courier company. I bought a fridge online on the 8th of August, the promise was this item will be delivered within 7-10 working days but here I am writing this review on 2nd of September, that been 17 working days and no delivery have taken place. The courier company they used, Laser Logistics can't provide expected delivery date as they have handed the item to another 3rd party company that have not been named. At this point my only hope is to cancel this order.
