Poor online service

A week after an online purchase of a cellphone tag on online as an essential good but l havent received an formal cmunication regarding when l will receive my Sumsung A10 cellphone. I made several efforts to follow up by going to my nearest Game Store N1 City Cape Town only to be told that l should indefinately wait for delivery this coming week. No reference number given to me when k visited my nearest store. The confusion amongst staff members and their communication with me regarding my query has left me with a lot to questions. I dont know if l will ever get my phone on time or ever get. I have been incurring further cost driving to nearest Game Store and get no assistance at all and l spent over R100 airtime phoning the call centre with no response. I will never buy online again from Game.
