Poor Online Service

I've placed an order on 29 December 2022 but see most of the items that I've purchased online shows that it needs to be picked up from welkom store and alot of them are cancelled? What is the reason then for purchasing online if one needs to pick it up from a store and why is my items cancelled without informing me? Shouldnt online customers order being made a priority?
