Poor online purchasing process

Online purchase does not work!!! I paid for an item in stock. After much querying on the delay, was then advised the item was in East London and arrangements would be made for delivery. Shortly after that I received an email canceling my order due to stock availability. Clearly no stock control exists....wasting my time. I buy all the time online, Game was my worst experience.
