Poor online purchase service delivery

Ordered online to collect in store the day after purchase. Store changed to delivery without notifying me. I updated my address and cell number with them and they did not pass this onto the courier who has the old address and cell number. After numerous calls and emails I ended up having to resolve the issue on my ow directly with the courier. 6 days after purchase and I still don’t have my order (which I needed the following day and why I selected collection). Very annoyed.
