Poor On Line Purchase Service
I made an online purchase through Game where they promised to deliver within 3 - 5 business days. 6 days later, after receiving a false email that the package had been delivered, I am still waiting. I have sent a number of emails to various email addresses and all I get is that someone will revert within 24 hours.

21 Oct 2018, 11:36I received a call last week with the undertaking that someone would revert - I am still waiting for this someone Secondly, I eventually received the package, but no paperwork that confirms I bought it from Game, only the courier's document?? So what happens if I have a guarantee claim?
