Poor management service

Hello I would like you to assist me with the management at Game store Mokopane

I got a voucher worth R4000 that was loaded for my babyshower at game. I only used R3400 from that voucher, which left me with a balance of 600 and i when i go there to use my balance i was told it has Nothing! I have talked to the management who promised to check what happened and call me back from lastweek! Everytime i call the store to check whats going on they tell me they will call me back. This is frustrating because i am heavily pregnant. I cant go to the store and i need to use my balance- i have to use my airtime to call them everyday, explain myself everyday and still be told they will call me back
