Poor management

Massmart please know how disgusted I am with having to face constant lable errors at your Mitchell's plain promenade branch, not to mention the management running your store!!! The constant disgrace and time I have spend in order to have internal issues fixed is pathetic!! I have walked your floor with an Islamic manager showing him prises that is incorrect and he would remove thus stating the description don't match. When I told him the biscuits I purchased is also more then he's shelve prise, he gave it to me with great irritation as if I'm robbing him!!! The contradiction and inconsistentcy is embarrassing!!<br> <br> Sunday 20th July floor manager vd Westhuizen with no uniform what so ever, treated the same issue with no regard towards me as her customer, this time the label error caused r business a loss of R84 since she just gave me the goods at no cost!!! I am shocked at the business behavior!! No apology, no regard, nor respect!! It's clearly just a matter of getting rid of customers even if it means losing money. <br> <br> Honestly I cannot wait to close this account and although the merchandise was given free in the end, it doesn't make it better,It simply shows a simbyl of incompetency.
