Poor management

I was treated poorly by manager after a fair request. He made it out like I am wrong publicly in disrespectful manner.

I bought item and apon inspection in store, my concern was proven to be true. I told sales person to just give me item anyway as I already paid. I spent just under R10 000 but will never shop at game again.

We get better service out of takealot. Game has lost their key personal service factor. Poor customer service from manager
