Poor handling of incidents

On the 15 November 2019 at 12:40 I bought a fridge from Game WaterFall Mall Rustenburg while the staff were loading the item them bumped and dented my vehicle. I spoke to the store manager at the time which took my details and said I will be contacted it's been almost two weeks and no correspondence has been recieved even when I emailed the branch and the manager I spoke to with no response.

I believe this is poor. Thank you
