**** poor Game Executives
I bought TWO faulty Milex Air Fryers before lockdown. Then they said I must wait until businesses re-open. Now the business has re-opened, but no response were forthcoming. So I got this on the internet, meaning they have been lying all along. **** poor Company and ****-poor Executives. "Is Game open to shoppers? Yes. The 122 stores in South Africa will continue to trade throughout the lockdown. We will continue selling groceries, pet food, household cleaning items, appliances, electronics, laptops, computers, heaters, furniture, stationery, gym equipment, toiletries, pet and baby products."

12 Jun 2020, 10:58The branch manager at Centurion phones me and asked to bring back the two non-working Milex airfryers. So I pitch up and he was not there. Now let me summarize my experience of Game and why I say it is a ****-poor company - also verified by its low customer satisfaction rating.
1. The ****-poor Procurement Manager bought deficient equipment to have it sold for a profit to unsuspecting customers.
2. After complaining the first time the ****-poor Customer Service Manager played the delaying tactic by lying about Game being locked down.
3. Then after phoning me the ****-poor Branch Manager brushed me off by not honoring his request for a meeting.
The next time something like this happens I will contact Mitchel Slape (with this message) to encourage him to fire ****-poor personnel working at ****-poor Game stores.
