Poor Game and DSV services

I placed an order on the 4 December 2021, till to date I have not received my order. I called Called Game multiple times with no answer, I traveled to Wonderpark, on 27 December 202, I was told to go to Menlyn because they don't deal with online services, I went on the 29 December 2021 only to find out the courier was hijack(DSV), no one bothered to inform me. They can't help me because this matter is handled by the head office which failed to inform me about my delivery. I'm not happy with Game. I don't even know what to do. Can someone advice on how I should deal with this situation.
