Poor follow up & delivery

I am extremely disappointed with the way in which my order has been handled thus far. On Black Friday I purchased a Hisence black mirror fridge and have visited the store 3 times already in order to arrange collection. Each time I visit the store I am told that I will be contacted with updates but that does not happen. To date, the item has not been received. I arranged transportation this weekend (9/12) as I was told the item would be there however it had not arrived and nobody had the decency to phone and let me know - this is a waste of money and time! I refuse to pay R300+ delivery fee when I reside 3kms from the store!!
