Poor fitness products

Bought 4 ez curl bars and 4 1.8 metre straight bars. No one really assisted me or asked if i needed help. Got it all loaded and paid. Arrived home to find that i was missing 5 of the alan keys and one straight bar was missing the one side to lock your weights in place. Drove all the way back to get the alan keys and exchange the straight bar. Drove back home and found that 3 of the straight bars dont have any grip anymore where they should and the one looks so bruised, seems all the copper has come thru. So will now need to drive back again and hopefully i can get my money back. How can you sell stuff that seems to be secondhand and missing parts and no one ensuring that everything is right?
