POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICES AT GAME CIRCUS TRIANGLE MTHATHA

On the 11 of january 2021 i bought a telefunken 50 intch Tv from game store circus triangle Mthatha but on the 30th of October 2021 the TV just stoped working as it is not showing any pictures but only the sound then on the 4th of Novomber 2021 i went to the store where i bought the TV from to return it back but unfotunately i lost the reciept but i still do have the bank SMS which actually reflect the date i bought the TV by then the lady from the customer services promised to re print the reciep for me but i must wait for some days then i did that and i waited till today for their call which is the 27th of November 2021 then i decided to go there and ask if they attended my problem or not then the lady from the customer services was so mean she told me that i must continue waiting the other customers used to wait even for 5 months and it is not their duty to keep the reciept for us customers so all in all am not happy with their response.
