Poor customer services

Hi.

I bought a kettle Bennett Read four months ago, already leaking and wire is faulty and when returning in mind you i have a year guarantee with them, they telling me I have to wait 21 days while it's goes back to their supplier and in this 21 days they can't do anything in the fact that I won't even have tea, they don't loan equipment that is external and customer service is unbelievable not to mention the manager named Pretty not willing to help rather repeating same thing and walked away.
