Poor customer services

The price at the shelf for fritos strip was R4.90 on the till point was R9.90 and I asked the cashier about the price difference. She called the supervisor and we went to check the price. The whole shelf was R4.90 on all items but she wanted to make it my problem. She left me in the aisle and when I looked for her she was at info discussing me with the b.m and cashiers.I approach them and they said I am getting at R9.90.I refused and complained. NELIUM OTTO, store Manager, said to me that I am nothing to him and I will get it at R9.90. Now every time I shop at the store they send security guard to escort me (it happened on the 07th I was with my colleque). I don't like their service and they violating my right as a customer. I saw the price on the shelf at R4.90 why am I paying R9.90 and now Im not welcome at game. He told me tht Im burmed and Im not free to shop at Game. I already laid a formal complain at head office but no one is taking my issue with game woolands.
