Poor customer service re: broken products

I purchased a hisense tv from game now in December, the TV is faulty and I was told they were coming to collect it and swop it for a new one.. every time I go back to the store they say they can't help me or the hisense lady is not there.. I've been there 5 times already and still no resolution
