Poor Customer Service, no respect for their clients

I bought a fridge from game cresta and only to find out that it was damaged, I have been going after them for almost a month now, and their customer service is very ****py instead of replacing my fridge they are running around in circles together with Samsung I am really fraustrated, and i constantly need to go after them for such a big store this is so disappointing and all I need is for them to replace my fridge or rather give my money back period
