Poor Customer service Game The Gateway

Game Gateway They don't even deserve a single star from me the experience I had today I will never forget it in my life and I will never ever set my foot at Game stores in my life. I bought a JVC TV it had a factory faulty they sent it for repair no luck I sent it back today I wanted another TV not the money Peter Poobalan was so rude towards me and my dad I didn't get the proper customer service that I deserve and when I request for a store manager he decide to call a sales manager Calvin who was also rude they dispute the fact that the TV is faulty they demand that I take back home they dispute that I got a call on the 7th they pretend as if I was insane where it got to the party where I had to fight for what's Mine I ended taking the money back with help from Zama Msomi who witnessed everything that fat *** Peter is so rude I will never ever purchase anything from Game. The staff from Game west street was way better than what I experienced today.
