Poor customer service GAME store Mams mall

I took my TV for repair on 28 April at GAME store Mams mall to date, I'm not getting any updates. TCL is using a company called Amcamino for repairs, a very useless and disrespectful company. They don't answer phone or reply emails. Every week I have to do follow up and no one is assisting. The store manager is not taking any action to assist and TCL is not helping at all when I complain about my case.
