Poor customer service Game store Brooklyn mall

Went to game store in Brooklyn mall Pretoria, bought a washing liner packed and marked R249 when I got to the telker barcode scanned R699. Itumeleng the cashier called her senior to come attend to the matter ,The senior lady that has refused to give me her name went to confirm the price shelves, wi went with her she then removed the price tag by the shelves and said the ones with that price are out of stock,strange enough the available ones have no price tag available, she then went as far as calling her Manager Gloria that couldn't assist me cause she spoke in her language and I asked if she can speak English then she was rude and walked away from me with a bad attitude.
