Poor customer service from the management and staff

I am so disappointed and heartbroken with today's experience at game waterfall mall cashiers and the shift runner refused to help me with a return 😢 I was ignored as if i do not exist the security guy tried calling the shift runner for assistance and the response was the people who do return have knock off i had to go to the managers office to asked for help and explain my experiences, there was no remorse from the whole times and the were laughing and saying "i want the manager, where do I think I am going to get the manager", I am so heart broken with this experience and when "Lionel" the manager asked the lady why they refused to help me, she said she is busy with cash yoh game
